JERUZALĖ

Virginija

Be to, šoka salsą ir bachatą.

Irta studied nursing, but after discovering her role as a kindergarten teacher, she can't imagine herself in another profession!

When she started working at Katino Dieneles, her goal was to be a teacher, and she felt that the main job of a teacher was to educate children. However, the longer she works with children, the more Irta realises that children learn best from their friends. So now Irta's goal is to become a friend of the children first and then a teacher. As a friend of the children, as someone the child trusts, Irta knows that the child feels safe and loved, and only when these basic needs are fulfilled can we start to learn and grow.

Justina

From her childhood, Justina has often heard the cheerful Winnie-the-Pooh in her head: 'Some people worry too much about others. I think that is 'love'. For her part, Justina notices every crying or upset child, whether walking down the street or riding a bike, and always wants to stop and cheer them up. When she realised that she could help the little ones to discover themselves, the world of emotions and this unknown world, she decided to join the kindergarten team and bring even more fun and experiences to the little discoverers. Justina holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogy from Klaipėda University. Through this branch of education, she has learnt about the aspects of educating children of different ages and has successfully applied her knowledge in her internship to her pedagogical career. In this work, Justina sets goals and challenges herself to develop herself in a holistic way, to get out of her comfort zone and to disseminate good practice not only to children and parents, but also to her colleagues. As a teacher, she concentrates on working with the smallest personalities, for whom she can give easier first times and experience the joy of discovery and the individuality of each child. Justina has made sure that she can hug everyone and help them understand that the environment around us is a safe playground and at the same time a real karting rally, where not a single minute of happiness can be interrupted!

Brigita is convinced that children should be free and that the teacher's goal is only to provide guidelines for learning by tapping into children's creativity.

Agnė

Agnė is very happy to be part of the KD team. Her introduction to KD started when she and her husband realised that this was exactly the place where they wanted their little girl to grow and develop. Agnes has a background in law, but she has not fully realised her potential in that field. Agnė has worked in the restaurant business for many years, developing and managing staff. She has lived in London for the last 6.5 years. The birth of her daughter marked a new phase in Agnes' life. Becoming a mother changed her perspective on many things and made her realise what an exciting phase early childhood is. To continue to experience the positive emotions that our little ones bring us, she took a job at a prestigious kindergarten in London, where she spent more than two wonderful years. Agnes is currently working with the oldest children in the nursery - the Pre-K class.

Grįžusi į Lietuvą Ema įstojo į ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogiką Vilniaus Universitete. O tada atrado Katino Dieneles. Miglė

Miglė believes that children can always teach us adults 3 things: to be happy for no reason at all, to always be busy, and to insist on what we really want. Miglė has always been interested in the world around us - nature and its phenomena, society and its processes. So, after finishing school, she started studying pedagogy - geography.

Life after her studies took Miglė to Great Britain, and after 5 years of wandering around, Miglė decided to get to know the teaching profession better. Working in a school and interacting with children made her realise that her decision to make education her future was the right one. After becoming a mother of two girls, she started to think more and more that she would like to fulfil herself around the little ones, because the feedback you get from a child, with a big spoonful of love, patience, knowledge and dedication, makes you realise that you are on the right path.

Children are our past, our present and our future in one.

Enrika

Enrika loves children, theatre and photography endlessly. She loves volunteering and has been volunteering at the Lithuanian National Drama Theatre for the past five years, as well as at the Oskaras Koršunovas Theatre and the Sirens Festival. Enrika likes to take pictures with her 12 year old camera, capturing portraits or architecture.

Enrika started working with children four years ago, when she was offered the opportunity to teach English to children aged 2-14. She then went on a project in Romania, where she spent six months making a play with children about bullying and its prevention. Enrika fell so in love with the little ones that she started working as an English teacher in a kindergarten on her return. She had to use a lot of body language and remember that it takes a lot of patience and love, which Enrika has in spades!

Enrika has been impressed by the community, the diversity and the endless love she has for the little ones at Katino Dieneles. Educating children is one of the most meaningful things for her, because it is an immensely, immensely good feeling to put people out into the world who, with your help, take with them a wealth of knowledge, greater emotional intelligence and tolerance, and so many other things.

Toma

Toma has been travelling hand in hand with children for almost ten years and believes that each child is unique and interesting and that it is the duty of those who work with children to notice and uplift each one. Toma believes that she is someone who can teach, not only the children, but also the team. She is happy to have had the opportunity to develop her competences in Cyprus and Canada, which allowed her to develop her vision of a person open to the world. Toma is currently studying Masters in Educational Management and is looking into the importance of leadership.

Sandra tries to spend her free time as actively as possible - she enjoys walking in nature, discovering more and more beautiful corners of our country's nature and history, forgetting her worries by cycling, and refreshing her body and soul in the yoga studio. She finds nourishment for her soul and eyes at exhibitions, and enjoys the effects of music at concerts. She tries to pass on all the positive effects of these interests to her little ones - it is important for them to be interested in the world around them, to be curious, inquisitive, agile, healthy and happy. When educating children, it is very important for Sandra to develop their emotional intelligence and to teach them how to express their thoughts and feelings, and how to behave in a kind and positive way with other people.
